The Ahlgren Project
This bathroom needed an upgrade. With possible rot and mold developing, we removed rot and mold and reframed damaged structural framing. We installed new floors, vanity, toilet, lighting, custom built a medicine cabinet, and installed a tile surround walk in shower with a niche.

The Martin's Project
Refresh exterior spaces with new decking and better stair concepts. The old deck had stair treads and risers that were difficult to traverse. We built a new larger deck with gracious stairs for all ages. We resurface the back deck with new decking and built an enclosed storage area underneath the deck.

The Johnson's Project
Open up spaces in old homes with new structural beams, removal of non structural walls, and new windows/doors. We revamped the kitchen, dining room, living room, and upstairs bathroom by removing a wall, installing new cabinetry and appliances. We found old oak floors underneath the carpeting and refurbished them for a smooth rustic look. Installed a new door and two windows and the space feels like a breath of fresh air.

The McQuade Project
Sometimes a move to a new home requires work to make it "your" home. We made the McQuade's home by gutting the old kitchen and replacing cabinetry, countertop, appliances, tile, and lighting
